Trout Point Lodge Online Concierge: Preparing for Your Stay

We invite reserved guests to complete our online concierge form to the right so that we may customize your stay, including cuisine, arrival, and activities. Should you have any questions about preparing for your stay, please contact our guest services team - equipped with local knowledge and personalized suggestions. Please reach us at 902-761-2142 or info@troutpoint.com.

Note: For our International guests, please remember to check if a visa or an eTA for Canada before your departure. For more information, please visit Canada.ca. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any possible cancellation fees.

Will you join us for dinner that evening? You may have already reserved when making your reservation, in which case, please confirm your reservation. Our gourmet 4-course dinner is CAD $96++ per person and consists of a fixed menu (with a choice of main course) that changes daily.
If either one of you has food allergies or religious dietary restrictions, please let us know what ingredients you cannot eat so we make sure they are not part of your menu. The kitchen will make every effort to accommodate all common diets. The kitchen cannot necessarily accommodate food preferences, only actual allergies or religious diets. Dinner menu may be set or limited due to dietary restrictions.

Activities on property are part of the Trout Point experience, and facilities like kayaks and mountain bikes are available first-come, first served without guides. If you would like a guided activity during your stay, please let us know which one. This is simply an indication of your interest, and not a firm reservation. Please make final arranagements upon check-in or thereafter.
Are you celebrating a special occasion, such as a birthday, honeymoon, or anniversary? Do you have any special requests related to the special occasion? We will make every effort to recognize your special occasion if so requested.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIME
Our check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Should you wish to arrive earlier, we will be happy to check you in early should your room be ready or we will gladly hold your bags while you enjoy our beautiful property.

MEALS
Trout Point Lodge serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only meal that must be reserved in advance of arrival is dinner on the night of arrival. Other meals can be reserved day by day. Trout Point offers a gourmet 4-course table d'hote dinner ($96++ per person) with a choice of main courses. Particular menu items may be limited in quantity. Given the Lodge's location and the lack of any food deliveries, as well as the Lodge's commitment to sustainability and desire to minimize food waste, please understand your choice may not always be available. The Lodge has earned the highest rating (3 stars) from the Sustainable Restaurant Association. For guests who stay multiple nights, the menu changes completely everyday.

During peak summer mid June to mid September, the Lodge offers different dining venues, as well as en famille seating.

PETS
Trout Point allows well-behaved pets (including dogs over 18 months of age) in certain guest units. Please inquire. Pets must be reserved in advance, be on a leash at all times while in public spaces, and are subject to a $25/day fee.
