On its own 100 acre campus in Atlantic Canada's largest protected wilderness area, Trout Point Lodge offers seclusion and complete security for executive or board meetings, team building sessions, or small corporate nature retreats. The entire Great Lodge can be rented for such functions, along with the 4-bedroom Riverbend Lodge, two-bedroom Black Bear Cottage, and 1-bedroom cub Cottage.

Meeting spaces include the two Great Rooms and the Dining Room for groups of up to 36 persons.  For groups seeking single occupancy in a room, Trout Point can accommodate up to 14 persons in absolute comfort: perfect for executive meetings.

Trout Point lies just 25 miles from the Yarmouth International Airport, which has scheduled service from Halifax, Nova Scotia and Portland, Maine. Trout Point is a perfect place for couples, where spouses can canoe, kayak, hike, or take cooking lessons while those less fortunate attend meetings or presentations.

Guest suites are designed for double occupancy, with some additional capacity available. Trout Point recommends groups sizes of from fourteen (single occupancy) to thirty-two persons. Trout Point can provide state-of-the-art audio visual platforms to accommodate presentation and classroom-style meetings. Assistance is available for large screen presentations, video, DVD, powerpoint, slides, and teleconferencing, which keeps meetings running smoothly.
